This page explains how ZOVA Labs handles order processing, US dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues.

Processing. Orders are reviewed before dispatch. Processing times may vary based on order volume, product availability, address accuracy, payment review, or compliance review.
US dispatch. ZOVA Labs ships from the United States. Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.
Tracking. Tracking information is sent when a label is created or the carrier receives the package. Carrier scans may take time to update.
Address accuracy. Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. ZOVA Labs is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.
Carrier delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier volume, address issues, and regional disruptions may delay delivery after dispatch.
Lost or damaged shipments. If a shipment appears lost, damaged, or stalled, contact support with the order number and tracking details so the issue can be reviewed.
Restricted use. Shipping a product does not change its research-use-only status. Materials remain not for personal use, human use, animal use, food use, medical use, diagnostic use, or treatment use.
