Returns Policy
This page explains how ZOVA Labs reviews cancellations, shipment issues, and return requests for research-use materials.

Research material handling. Because products are research-use materials, opened, used, altered, stored outside recommended conditions, or otherwise compromised items are not eligible for return.
Order cancellations. Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible. If an order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may not be available.
Damaged or incorrect items. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly with the order number, photos, packaging details, and a description of the issue.
Review process. ZOVA Labs may review tracking, batch records, fulfillment records, photos, and support messages before approving any replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution.
Unauthorized returns. Do not send items back without written support instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Refund timing. If a refund is approved, timing depends on the payment method, payment processor, and bank processing timelines.
